Bob is one of AIPP’s inaugural directors. Bob has a military background, resigning as a Lieutenant Colonel. Bob then became a management consultant, running his own company as well as working nationally and internationally for major global consulting firms in the areas of change management, organisational development and business transformation.

He now focuses on assisting and mentoring small businesses in their general business development and employment-related issues. He is a Chair of mentoring sessions for the Qld Govt’s Mentors4Growth program, having conducted over 250 sessions for the program over the past 6 years.

Bob manages all governance issues for AIPP.
